Teacher Training

One Hen runs interactive teacher training workshops that equip educators, parents, and community leaders to teach the One Hen Academy program. Trainees learn how to guide students through the curriculum and make optimal use of the program’s lesson plans, activities, materials, and online resources. One Hen trainers also demonstrate how to facilitate participatory lessons that engage youth in hands-on, experiential learning that enhance their financial literacy, business skills, and inspire and empower them towards social entrepreneurship.
