One Hen Young Entrepreneurs

My grandfather, father and I are always talking about starting a business or business ideas. I really enjoy coming up with ideas. My current idea is I want to start a teen club that kids could go to after school to just hang out and have fun. Like a chain of them all around the country. The One Hen Camp has helped me to see what I need to do to start that business or any other ones I come up with.

I use to think that to start a business you get an idea and you present it to someone and you get money and you just do it. But there is so much more to it. Starting a business is a lot of hard work and you cannot just have an idea and then do it. It costs a lot of money to start a business. But if you have a product you believe in you have a good chance to succeed. We took a field trip to a local business called B Good Restaurant and learned about how hard they have to work to succeed and how much they believe in what they are doing.

This camp is not like any camp I have done before. We learn about stuff and that is so much fun. I even like doing the math! It is fun to work with real examples and try and make things work in a business.
